Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Yahmis NG services, including domain registration, web hosting, VPS, email and related services. By ordering or using any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your password, and all activity carried out under your account.

2. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable registry, including NiRA for .ng domains. Registration, renewal and transfer fees are non-refundable once the registry has processed the operation. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to renew domains before expiry.

3. Hosting & VPS

Hosting and VPS services are billed in advance for the selected cycle. Resources must be used within the limits of your plan and our Acceptable Use Policy. Services may be suspended for non-payment or abuse; termination is carried out in line with the policy.

4. Payments

Invoices are due on the stated due date. Accepted payment methods include Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD), wallet balance and direct bank transfer with proof of payment. Late fees may apply to overdue invoices as configured in the service terms shown at checkout.

5. Support & availability

We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
